When handling several products, languages and reviews, clear project organisation matters. Combine the EPD overview with consistent internal naming.

Distinguish projects clearly

Use the product, site or scope and language to distinguish projects. Check status when opening a record. A copy and its published source may have similar names but serve different purposes.

Preserve your working version

Save editing dialogs before switching to another EPD. Record outstanding tasks internally. A downloaded document supports review but does not replace the current platform content.

Coordinate tasks and dates

Maintain a list of owners, data versions, next actions and intended dates for active projects. Reserve capacity for queries. For related submissions, check shared documents and applicable fee arrangements beforehand.

Maintain published EPDs

Record expiry dates and responsible people. Plan renewals independently of any system notifications. Staff handovers should cover project access, technical documents and internal deadlines together.
