Technical content and verification queries
Discuss calculation questions with your LCA specialist. IBU handles programme and administrative matters. During review, refer to the specific query and current document version.
Prepare a useful request
State the project or declaration number, affected step and exact message. Explain what you expected and what happened instead. Do not send passwords or unnecessary confidential production data.
