A structured response helps the reviewer understand your revisions. Address questions with the specialists who prepared the relevant information.
Record and assign queries
Read comments, review documents and the EPD’s current status. For each issue, record the response needed and the person responsible. Distinguish data errors from questions of interpretation so each receives the appropriate treatment.
Check related changes
If a calculation result changes, also review tables, interpretation and the background report. Explain revised assumptions. Simply replying “done” does not show what changed or where the revised information can be found.
Provide current documents
Upload required new versions under the correct document type and identify them clearly. Check the preview after editing. Avoid conflicting parallel responses from several departments.
Return for reverification
After completing revisions, the authorised project owner returns the EPD through the reverification step. Check the status change. If a technical question remains unclear, resolve it through the review process rather than entering an assumption as confirmed information.
