EPD preparation involves both published product information and confidential working documents. Keep this distinction in mind when collaborating, uploading files and sharing information.
Published EPD and background data
The EPD contains information intended for publication. Specific inventory data is documented in the background report for review and treated confidentially within the programme. Still check every public attachment carefully; incorrect file classification must not result in unintended disclosure.
Assign project access deliberately
Use individual accounts and appropriate permissions. Agree confidentiality and handling of supplied documents with external consultants. Removing platform access does not delete files already lawfully downloaded by a project partner.
Agree data handover and rights
Agree contractually which models, reports and source data you receive and may reuse later. Do not assume a general export of all working data. Plan an orderly handover before changing consultants.
Read the applicable privacy information
The binding information on personal data and platform use is contained in the privacy and terms documents provided during registration or login. This information page does not replace them. Send specific privacy or access requests to the contact identified there.
