Note:

Accord­ing to § 10 arti­cle 5 of the IBU statutes from 07.06.2016 each full mem­ber has one vote. Dec­la­ra­tion hold­ers with­out full mem­ber sta­tus can attend the Gen­er­al Meet­ing with­out vot­ing rights.

To exer­cise vot­ing rights at the Gen­er­al Meet­ing the right to vote, in accor­dance with § 10 arti­cle 5 may only be trans­ferred through a pow­er of attor­ney to anoth­er full mem­ber. The cor­re­spond­ing forms are avail­able for down­load below.

Reg­is­tra­tion for the IBU Mem­bers’ Day and the 2018 Annu­al Gen­er­al Meet­ing can be com­plet­ed on the IBU web­site. In order to process reg­is­tra­tions, we will col­lect and process the fol­low­ing per­son­al data: Manda­to­ry fields: Title, first name, sur­name, insti­tu­tion, e‑mail address; Option­al fields: Title.
To reg­is­ter, par­tic­i­pants must accept our pri­va­cy pol­i­cy. Fol­low­ing reg­is­tra­tion, we will store data in our website’s con­tent man­age­ment sys­tem and export the data from the web­site to our local data­base for fur­ther pro­cess­ing. We will also use your data to help organ­ise the event, including:
  • Print­ing cer­tain infor­ma­tion (name, insti­tu­tion, e‑mail address) on par­tic­i­pants lists and name tags for the event
  • Using your con­tact infor­ma­tion (name, insti­tu­tion, e‑mail address) to send mate­ri­als rel­e­vant to the event (e.g. min­utes, invi­ta­tion to the next Annu­al Gen­er­al Meeting)
You may sub­mit your objec­tion to the use of your data for these pur­pos­es at any time by send­ing an e‑mail stat­ing your non-accep­tance of the use of your per­son­al data to info@ibu-epd.com. In this event, you will be imme­di­ate­ly removed from our mail­ing list and, unless your data is still need­ed for oth­er pur­pos­es, it will be deleted.
