Giv­en the cur­rent sit­u­a­tion we had to can­cel this year’s Gen­er­al Assem­bly in June. We there­fore kind­ly ask our mem­bers to vote on the nec­es­sary deci­sions regard­ing IBU e.V. in writing.

In order to make this unusu­al process as easy as pos­si­ble we offer a webi­nar “Back­ground infor­ma­tion regard­ing this year’s vote on IBU topics”:

Thurs­day, July 16th, 2020 at 14:00 CEST (around 90 min plus Q&A session)

 

On July 13th, 2020, all mem­bers will receive an e‑mail with the bal­lot sheet and all nec­es­sary documentation.

The webi­nar will pro­vide you with a short report by the IBU sec­re­tari­at about the year 2019 and the cur­rent sit­u­a­tion, but most of all it will offer you com­pre­hen­sive infor­ma­tion about this year’s vot­ing process and will allow room for your questions.
