Given the current situation we had to cancel this year’s General Assembly in June. We therefore kindly ask our members to vote on the necessary decisions regarding IBU e.V. in writing.

In order to make this unusual process as easy as possible we offer a webinar “Background information regarding this year’s vote on IBU topics”:

Thursday, July 16th, 2020 at 14:00 CEST (around 90 min plus Q&A session)

 

On July 13th, 2020, all members will receive an e-mail with the ballot sheet and all necessary documentation.

The webinar will provide you with a short report by the IBU secretariat about the year 2019 and the current situation, but most of all it will offer you comprehensive information about this year’s voting process and will allow room for your questions.
