For the first time, the EU Commission is authorised to set binding environmental requirements for construction products at EU level. In future, manufacturers will be obliged to include sustainability indicators in accordance with EN 15804+A2 in their declarations of performance on environmental and climate requirements. The regulation also provides for used construction products to be included in the harmonisation.<\/p>\n In our webinar on 21 August 2024 from 13:30 to 15:00, Martin Gl\u00f6ckner, Managing Director Regulatory Affairs at Deutsche Bauchemie e.V.<\/strong> and long-standing board member of IBU, will provide an overview of the future requirements of the Construction Products Regulation with a focus on environmental information. He will explain the current status of the expected implementation, as well as the questions and uncertainties still unanswered by the EU Commission.<\/p>\n This webinar is aimed at manufacturers of building materials and construction products, especially those who already have environmental product declarations (EPDs) and are familiar with the indicators of EN 15804+A2.<\/p>\n IBU members can attend at a special discounted rate.
