EPDs contain verified environmental information and life cycle assessment data and form an important data basis for sustainable construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this role, you will ensure that applications, documentation and data relating to the IBU EPD programme are processed thoroughly and reliably.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your responsibilities<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Following a structured induction, you will carry out your duties independently. You will be supported by clear processes, checklists and templates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Processing applications, agreements and contracts and tracking their status<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Checking incoming documents and details for completeness and obvious errors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter and keep up to date the processing statuses, overviews and checklists in our digital systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep track of deadlines, feedback and outstanding tasks, and request any missing documents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage shared email inboxes, answer standard enquiries and forward other matters to the relevant colleagues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare publications and implement approved changes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your profile<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>You have completed vocational training or have comparable practical work experience. Experience in administration, customer service, back-office roles or a similar field is an advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We also value:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>very good written and spoken German, as well as good written English<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>confidence in using digital tools and Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a meticulous, structured and reliable approach to work, as well as a keen eye for errors and inconsistencies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the ability to keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner of communication<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A willingness to learn and an openness to new digital ways of working, automation and AI-supported applications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work as part of a team, a sense of responsibility and discretion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior knowledge of EPDs, life cycle assessments or construction products is not required \u2013 you will learn the necessary basics and applications with us.
