The aim of the project is to develop practical recommendations for taking CO\u2082 shadow prices into account in procurement procedures. This is intended to ensure that climate impacts in the construction sector are assessed more systematically in future and that life-cycle and emissions data are integrated more closely into public procurement processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The IBU is contributing its long-standing expertise in the field of Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) and life cycle assessment to the project.
