Objective and subject of the tender<\/h2>\n<p style=\"margin: .5rem 0;\">The client intends to award the <strong>reimplementation\/renewal<\/strong> of the application operated at <em>epd-online.com<\/em>. The existing solution will be technically replaced (\u201creplacement\u201d) and further developed in terms of functionality.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin: .5rem 0 .75rem 1.25rem; padding: 0;\">\n<li style=\"margin: .25rem 0;\"><strong>Agile software development<\/strong> Iterative collaboration. Requirements may be refined and adjusted during the project (change management, see Section 6).<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: .25rem 0;\"><strong>Data migration is part of the contract<\/strong> (see Section 7). No 1:1 migration of all data \u2013 only business-relevant data will be transferred, in particular taking into account the <strong>links with IBU.data<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: .25rem 0;\"><strong>No obligation for 100% new development<\/strong>: Existing systems with similar functionality may be introduced or forked and adapted, provided all requirements are met (see Section 10).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: .5rem 0;\">The current application at <em>epd-online.com<\/em> serves as a functional reference.
