Agree responsibility and submission<\/h2>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 16px;\">Permission to edit does not automatically include permission to submit. The application assigns submission to the person responsible for the project or IBU. Review access regularly<\/h2>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 16px;\">Adjust assignments that are no longer needed where you have permission. Arrange a successor before changing the person responsible for the project.
